Adrienne’s niche is in the creative. A long ago english major who fell in love with business (and the language of business), she believes that in this life it’s all about the people.
After serving as a member of executive management teams of companies for many years and successfully building and running marketing, sales and business development divisions, she returned to academia. Completing her PhD in leadership and organizational behavior, Adrienne enjoys the rigor of quantitative research intertwined with the theoretical…and then applying it. Adrienne’s primary areas of research include identity, social and cultural capital, and occupational choice and persistence.
Based on her academic research, her experience in business and her own passion for people, Adrienne assists people in living authentic lives – from their careers to their relationships.
